I got my hair cut here by Nikki yesterday. This is, by far, the worst haircut I've ever received. One side is visibly longer than the other. She completely cut off half of my bangs. There are bumps and dents all over my head because there are random patches of hair that are much shorter than the rest. There is no consistent length whatsoever. There are random long hairs all around. She cut my hair with scissors, but it looks like she used clippers. It's really bad. I called today and asked to speak to a manager to see if they were willing to fix my hair, and I was put on the phone with Nikki. Apparently she's the manager. Needless to say, I have absolutely no intention of ever letting her come anywhere near my hair again, and the fact that she's the manager of this location raises a giant red flag for me. It's a shame, too, because this store is close to work, and I've gotten good haircuts from other stylists here before. I've gotten bad haircuts from other places in the past, but they've been easily fixed. This time, it's so bad that I'm probably going to have to get my whole head buzzed down to a 1 or 2. Nikki should be embarrassed to have allowed a final product this bad to walk out of her store.
